1. Eligibility

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Multiple-account claims, collusion or other verified promotional abuse may result in cancellation of the affected bonus and associated winnings. Any action taken will be subject to applicable law.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activity

Bots, unauthorised automated software, collusion, arbitrage betting and methods designed to exploit the platform or its games are prohibited.

SON33 may investigate suspected misconduct and void bets or winnings directly linked to confirmed prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

8. Technical Errors and Game Records

A technical malfunction or material game error may result in affected bets and payouts being cancelled or corrected. Unaffected transactions will be assessed separately.

Game-provider records will be used to review disputed rounds and determine the relevant outcome. Contact customer support promptly with the game name, transaction reference and time of the incident.

9. Account Suspension or Closure

SON33 may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is a suspected breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or a need to complete verification.

Restrictions may take effect without advance notice where necessary for security or investigation. Any remaining balance will be handled according to the investigation outcome, applicable terms and legal requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income. Set personal spending and time limits, take breaks and avoid chasing losses.

11. Limitation of Liability
